Hi everyone! In case you’ve missed me I’ve been creating videos for you on my YouTube channel. If you’re new to the blog or haven’t seen my channel, I’d love for you to visit me (click here.)
About a week ago I took a trip to Michael’s Craft Store to see what all the hype was about after hearing a couple of people talking about their sales and how amazing they were. As I’m walking towards the register I happen to see an adorable Mold Tray full of Halloween characters. I couldn’t help but buy it, and I’m glad I did! I’ve used it almost everyday since I got it. I’ve made pizza with it and now it’s time for some chocolate Halloween lollipops!
- Molding Tray with Halloween Characters (You can find them at Michael’s Craft Store)
- Non-stick Spray
- Microwavable bowl
- Vanilla Melting Chocolate (Any brand will do)
- Black Icing (I bought a black sparkle icing from Walmart)
- Paper Straws
1.) Spray Molding Tray
2.) Add Chocolate to Microwaveable bowl and Microwave for 15 second intervals. (Stir and repeat as necessary until the chocolate is melted.)
3.) Pour the Chocolate into the Mold Tray.
4.) Let cool in refrigerator until it hardens.
5.) Once the chocolate hardens, gently remove from tray.
6.) Decorate with icing.
7.) Melt more chocolate and spread a small amount on the back of your chocolate Halloween character. Attach the paper straw on top of the chocolate and add more chocolate over the straw. Press down tightly and let it cool down for a few seconds.
There you have it a Chocolate Halloween Lollipop! So, tell me, what are you plans this Halloween? Will you be going out, handing out candy, or staying in for the night?
